🧱 Concrete Skeleton Completed
- The entire reinforced concrete frame of the villa is now complete.
- The structure includes two full stories with custom floor heights:
- Ground Floor: 3.7 meters
- Upper Floor: 3.25 meters
- These above-standard ceiling heights provide a spacious and elegant vertical layout, rarely seen in typical constructions across Georgia.
🪜 Monolithic Roofing and Staircases
- The villa features a monolithic concrete slab roof, poured in one seamless layer.
- All internal staircases between the floors have also been poured in concrete.
- The roof’s finish is especially smooth and clean, as the client plans to leave parts of it exposed in its raw concrete form for aesthetic appeal.
